You must be at least 16 years old to use our services independently. For individuals under 16, participation requires parental or guardian consent. Organizations booking training on behalf of participants confirm they have appropriate authority to do so.

Registration and Account Security

When you register for our services or create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Booking and Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Payment

Payment is required in advance unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 14 days before training: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 7-14 days before training: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before training: No refund
• No-show: No refund

For online self-paced courses, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been accessed.

Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 7 days before the scheduled training date, subject to availability.

Intellectual Property Rights
